These terms govern your use of the MedimindAI website, tools, and services. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the MedimindAI website, mobile applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MedimindAI, a digital health initiative operated by healthcare professionals and technologists. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

MedimindAI tools and services are for educational, informational, and clinical decision-support purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or computed on MedimindAI.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately. Reliance on any information provided by MedimindAI is solely at your own risk.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Services without our written consent
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
- Use the Services to generate or distribute false or misleading medical information
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and algorithms — are owned by MedimindAI or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without prior written consent.
Clinical calculators, scoring algorithms, and decision-support frameworks may be referenced in academic work with proper attribution. Please contact us for citation guidelines.
6. Payment & Subscription Terms
Certain features of the Services may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following terms:
6.1 Billing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
6.2 Subscription Period & Renewals
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period after notice is provided. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6.5 Free Trials
We may offer free trials for certain paid plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. We may request payment information at the start of the trial.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedimindAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any content obtained from the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Decisions or actions taken (or not taken) based on information or calculations provided by the Services
- Any medical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment decisions made by users or healthcare providers
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MedimindAI and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
9. Modifications to Terms & Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice (such as an email or a notice on the website). Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
