1. Our Commitment

At MedimindAI, we are committed to your satisfaction. We believe in the quality and value of our healthcare tools and services. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy.

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and one-time purchases made through the MedimindAI website or mobile applications. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. After the 7-day window, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. If you request a refund after the 14-day window but within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

2.3 Free Trial Period

If your subscription began with a free trial, the refund eligibility period starts from the date you are first charged (i.e., the day the trial converts to a paid subscription).

3. One-Time Purchase Refund Policy

For any one-time purchases (such as premium content, downloadable resources, or educational materials), you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must not have been substantially used, downloaded, or consumed.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the purchase has been fully consumed or that the refund request is not made in good faith.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully consumed or used beyond the refund eligibility period
  • Donations or voluntary contributions to MedimindAI
  • Services purchased through third-party resellers or affiliates
  • Any fees or charges incurred due to currency conversion or bank processing
  • Partially used subscription periods after the refund eligibility window has closed
  • Enterprise custom contracts — governed by the specific terms of the signed agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically initiate a refund. If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must submit a separate refund request. If you cancel within a refund-eligible period, please request both cancellation and refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your account email, the date of purchase, the subscription plan or item name, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds outside the standard policy in cases such as:

  • Prolonged service outages or technical failures preventing use of the service for more than 48 hours
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Material breach of our Terms of Service by MedimindAI
  • Significant and adverse changes to the service that materially reduce its value to you
  • Medical emergencies or other documented hardship (considered on a case-by-case basis)

8. Payment Method Refunds

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired card or closed account), we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

For any changes that materially reduce your refund rights, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the changes take effect.
